Damaged or Lost Packages

Sacred Stems is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can help resolve the issue.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Sacred Stems is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
