I’m so happy you’re here!! My name is Jane Shaw; I began practicing herbalism at 14. Today, I’m a certified herbalist and the heart behind Sacred Stems.
I’m a mother to an intelligent, beautiful little boy whose existence has guided me even deeper along a holistic path one rooted in intention, connection, and a desire to care for myself, my family, and the humans around us.
My love for plants and herbal traditions is what inspired Sacred Stems. Everything I create is made with love, intention, and deep appreciation.
